Title
AlphaFold for RNA
Date & Place
About the event
The talk focuses on building computational resources and AI methods for understanding and predicting RNA structure. I present RNA3DB, a curated dataset and framework for organizing RNA 3D structures and creating more rigorous, leakage-resistant training and evaluation splits; RNAHUB, a web server for discovering conserved RNA structures across genomes; and our “AlphaFold for RNA” effort, where we adapt modern deep-learning approaches for RNA 3D structure prediction, integrating evolutionary information, RNA-specific geometry, and increasingly multimodal experimental data.
